Plesk 8.3.0: The SMTP server service is switched off

Guten Tag!

Ich habe das Nerionics-Angebot RootDS (Debian 4.0, Plesk 8.3.0) in anspruch genommen. Seit einiger Zeit kann ich im Plesk-Menü „Domains“ keine Einstellungen mehr vornehmen, auch keine neunen Domains, keine Subdomains und keine Aliase anlegen. Ich erhalte jedes mal die Meldung:

Plesk-Diagnose:
The SMTP server is switched off.
Lösungen: Restart the SMTP server service.

Nach der Auswahl der vorgeschlagenen Lösung erhalte ich ebenfalls die gleiche Meldung.

Aber in Wirklichkeit läuft der der SMTP-Service, nur Plesk erfährt irgendwie nichts davon. Der Nerionics -Support meint, dass es sich hier entweder um meine fehlerhaften Einstellungen oder um einen Plesk-Problem handelt – für beide fühlt er sich nicht zuständig.
Hat irgend Jemand eine Idee, wie ich das Problem behebe?

Have same then runing in VE.
I can only solve that switching off vzpp and vzpp-plesk offline management for container. Virtuozzo panel disappear from menu, but plesk is ok
 
I had this too. I ticked off the dnsbl in mail preferences and it started again. I then went through the servers in my dnsbl string and pinged them. Any server that didn't get a response was then removed from the string. I put new string back in and email server continued to run.
 
So, you bean if blacklist not responding mail server suspended? don't know about plesk, but in exim it is possible to configure ignore if servers not responding.
