plesk 8.6.0 traffic count pop3/imap always 0%

I am using plesk 8.6.0 for linux (centos) on my system.

All seem to work well together, the only issue I have is that in the plesk domain traffic screen it always shows that the pop3 and smtp traffic as 0%.

Is there something I need to configure in Plesk to report that information to the plesk system?
