Plesk 8.6 cannot receives email from hotmail?

Is DomainKeys spam issues?

Dear Sir!

When I checked "Top -> Server -> Mail -> DomainKeys spam protection -> Verify incoming mail" this option that our plesk 8.6 couldn't received email from yahoo & hotmail .

So,I unchecked the "Verify incoming mail" option is very normal !

In above case , How can I solve the issue?
