(Plesk 8) Question about security update

Regarding micro update 20 for Plesk 8, can someone from Parallels tell me if the only change is the replacement of the autoreport.php file? It would be a lot easier for me to patch a few hundred servers by replacing the file than having to run the auto installer manually on every server.
 
Can you please answer this question Parallels? And it now applies to Plesk 9 as well. Do I have to patch hundreds of servers by hand, or can I replace the autoreport.php file on all the relevant servers and be done with it?
