• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk 8 Server Key

I just updated our server from 7.5.4 to 8.0 of Plesk. I am getting the following error:

Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license select the Retrieve Keys option from within License Manager.

When I go in to Retrieve the new key, it says, "Server response: License key ... is up-to-date"

How do I go about correcting this issue?

According to the pre-upgrade instructions, I was eligible to upgrade to the next release.

Thank You!

Andy

Looks like I was just anxious. The key is now working. I think it was still running the updater even though it was partially working.

Thanks for the help!
