Plesk 8443 not connects

I am using plesk on my server. There is only 1 site hosted at my server. I was using https://85.25.120.23:8443 to reach my plesk panel. I didn't changed anything at my server but i can't connect to this address. It was properly working a few weeks ago.
My server is running CentOs.
Any idea what may cause this problem?
