Plesk 9.0128.13 Install Fatal error Help :)

Hi I'm using windows server 2003 ( sp1 ) not vps. i was using plesk 7.5 but i decided to update to plesk 9 because of some compatibility issues i had with php 4 i downloaded plesk 9 and i uninstalled plesk 7 i run the plesk 9 setup select custom and remove the components i don't need when i click continue the installation right after i get an error saying " a network error occurred while attempting to read from the file c:\programfiles\parallels\install\090128.13\bb6c7a.msi " and instalation stops i think this package may be the mysqlserver but im not shure as that file is not in that folder what can be the problem and how do i track it?
