Hi, Henk. Please try the repair utility. There's likely a mail misconfiguration:

Code:
plesk repair mail -y

I did this :
Repairing the mail server configuration
Reconfiguring all domains and mailboxes ......................... [OK]

Error messages: 0; Warnings: 0; Errors resolved: 0

root@plesk:~#

I still receive this after the repair command :

Mar 9 10:46:46 plesk postfix/postmap[1839225]: fatal: open database >/dev/null.db: No such file or directory
Mar 9 10:46:47 plesk postfix/postmap[1839238]: fatal: open database >/dev/null.db: No such file or directory
Mar 9 10:47:49 plesk postfix/postmap[1839345]: fatal: open database >/dev/null.db: No such file or directory
Mar 9 10:47:50 plesk postfix/postmap[1839353]: fatal: open database >/dev/null.db: No such file or directory

Thank you for trying. In this case, I would suggest opening a ticket with Plesk support for further investigation directly on your server.
