• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.

Hi,

Would be grateful if anyone could direct me towards a solution to my problem.

We recently did a Yum update on our Centos box and now Plesk fails to start.

We get two errors when starting psa.

Starting Plesk .... Failed
Starting drwebd service... failed.

When checking the file /var/log/message I see the following

drwebd.real: Key file: /opt/drweb/drweb32.key - Key file was not found! (No such file or direc
tory)
drwebd.real: A path to a valid license key file was not specified.
drwebd.real: Plesk authorization failed: HTTP request error [7]
drwebd.real: Error: Plesk Software not running.

any help very appreciated

Jim
