Plesk 9.5.2 backup restored perfect on 10.0.1 but with a strange fault

Dear all ,
finally we restored a backup from plesk 9.5.2 on 10.0.1 without any errors! What is strange now is that our website "http://www.chromopoli.gr" doesn't appear but only if we type it like "http://www.chromopoli.gr/index.php"!. (It's a joomla based website). We can't unserstand why is this happening. Any ideas?

Make sure that 'index.php' is defined for 'DirectoryIndex' Apache option in Apache config.
