Plesk 9.5 Password Protected Directory

Hello. I have a virtual server that we purchased from GoDaddy with the Plesk Panel 9.5 installed.

We are trying to use the password protected directory feature, but receiving a http500 error.

We are never prompted with a logon screen.

I'm a noob to Plesk, if anyone has any information that can help point me in the right direction I would appreciate the help.
