Plesk 9 + Zend Server 4

Peter Savolt

New Pleskian
I've installed Zend Server, and the php support from web hosting settings is grayed out, claiming the component is not installed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

I have encountered the same problem. I am assuming because Zend puts the PHP files in a different spot, that Plesk is not seeing it, but I don't know how to change that. I am assuming a symbolic link to the directory would work, but I don't know what Plesk is looking for, or where, to know how to set up that link.

I also tried to run Zend Server in a Plesk Environment and had the same problems. I asked in the zend-forums for a solution an got an answer:

"About Plesk, we're currently in the process of working out the issues with the Plesk development team." (http://forums.zend.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=614)

So there's at least some hope that it'll work in the near future...
