PetrusV

Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Web Host Edition 18.0.43
Hi there,
Total noob but so far have managed my own Plesk server. Been running fine for about 6 months, then today all 8 websites that I host are suddenly slow. IT became slow after the upgrade in bold, though I could be wrong.

Saw the following in the upgrade log, not sure if the PHP upgrade had anything to do with it. Would sure appreciate some help:

restarting service and then finally the server did not resolve anything.

Have you tried to run the repair kit?
Tools & Settings -> Diagnose & Repair - Check All

Also, check if there is enough disk space available:
Tools & Settings -> Server Information

Only using 26.58% Disk Space. Ran all the repairs already, it did not complain about anything, saying everything is ok.

Is there anything in the syslog related to this issue?

Anything in the error_log/access_ssl_log of the subscriptions?

syslog shows this:
ERROR: Zend_Controller_Exception: Session token has expired.#0 /opt/psa/admin/plib/vendor/plesk/zf1/library/Zend/Controller/Plugin/Broker.php(309): Plesk\Application\Controller\Plugin\ForgeryProtection->preDispatch(Object(Zend_Controller_Request_Http))

Cannot really see any errors that pertain to the issue...
All the errors that are there have been there before.

Except for syslog watch, never knew about that before, installed the extension now to see what's going on there.

What's the output of
# ps aux | grep php-fpm
?

And what's the output of
# ps aux | sort -nrk 3,3 | head -n 30
?

No issue with load on PHP-FPM. What about the general sorted list of cpu load / processes (the other part of the question)?

Have you tested your website against an objective test service like Pingdom speedtest? If neither disk I/O, nor CPU load are an issue, than there are no issues with the server.

I sure am desperate to get this resolved. Hosting some sites with paid customers and now this. Makes one stress, panic and more stressed at the same time lol

I think this is a Cloudflare issue. This is what I get when I open the coursely site:

Error 522
Ray ID: 71d5ad3d7e4b40bd • 2022-06-18 17:17:23 UTC
Connection timed out

You should check your browser console for more details.

I could not even get a score on pingdom, it said Access Denied. Perhaps an issue with the Firewall? Very strange as I have disabled the firewall for this domain, but the main Plesk Firewall is active. I

Is there a way to check the main Plesk Firewall logs?

OK, busy with cloudflare, any idea how to get the firewall link back on the domain overview? I disabled and enabled my Plesk Firewall rules and now its gone1655574728022.png
