• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk and 3rd party web services

Hi, I've purchased a hosting package from Mediatemple which is using Plesk 8.1. I've installed Scalix community edition on the server but I'm having trouble accessing the web based services of Scalix.

Scalix is supposed to setup two virtual folders for itself, http://www.myhost.com/webmail and http://www.myhost.com/sac

When I view the Apache configuration files I can see that Scalix has made the entries for them but I can't seem to access them from the website. Is there a way to set this up? All the other services for Scalix are working correctly- but I just get a 404 not found message when I try to access the Scalix services.

Thanks,

Tim
