Resolved Plesk (and domains) not reachable.

Today I find out that Plesk is not reachable either using the IP address or the associated domain. Even the portals installed on the server are not reachable, as well as the Webmail.
Pinging the server address works fine.
Obviously the server (VPS) was restarted several times.
From the KVM console, when it is opened, I get the message: "... could not find module named cc_emit_upstart"

According to Modules — cloud-init 21.2 documentation it is something related to VPS, virtualization system and not related to Plesk. I suppose that you have to contact your Serice Provider support team for fixing this issue on their level.
