Plesk and site unavailables after update !!!

Hello,

Big problem after update to Plesk 10.0.1 : my site is DOWN !!!
http://mywebsite.org/ => AT mail login opens instead of the site itself !!!

In plesk :
Internal Plesk error occurred: "/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log" cannot be opened with mode "a"

Urgent please : what can i do ???

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.9.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

Same here. My reason was that the previous Plesk password included special characters.
If it's the same for you do a:
/usr/local/psa/bin/init_conf -p -passwd <yourNewPassword>
And only after that:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.9.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
