Issue Plesk and underlying OS

Currently I own a small hosting business for approx 25 clients, Plesk Obsidian runs on CentOS 8 on a VPS. Next year CentOS 8 development will be discontinued since focus has switched (CentOS Project shifts focus to CentOS Stream – Blog.CentOS.org). So I’m already looking to what platform I can best switch, I’m open and very curious to hear any suggestions mobdro kodi!

• wait for development and release of Rocky OS
• switch to Ubuntu
• perhaps a new control panel?

Question - CentOS is shifting focus from CentOS 8 to CentOS Stream

Why do you say CentOS 7 is "old software" its a current release and supported until 2024. Its still early and there are alot of changes happening so I think Plesk are being smart and not committing to any one path just yet.
