Hi All,
I'm a new user to Plesk having move to a cloud server and am encountering a small issue regarding Apache CPU Usage and MySQL CPU usage and wonder if anyone would be able to assist?
We receive Alarm level changed emails regularly and as example like below from the Apache CPU usage on the first few lines of the email which reads:-
top - 15:45:43 up 6:05, 0 users, load average: 0.87, 0.69, 0.76
Tasks: 220 total, 5 running, 215 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
%Cpu(s): 79.7 us, 20.3 sy, 0.0 ni, 0.0 id, 0.0 wa, 0.0 hi, 0.0 si, 0.0 st
KiB Mem : 8166904 total, 4567288 free, 1724836 used, 1874780 buff/cache
KiB Swap: 2097148 total, 2097148 free, 0 used. 5916960 avail Mem
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
43842 psaadm 20 0 376472 37148 20056 R 87.5 0.5 0:00.14 sw-engine
43839 psaadm 20 0 375668 35696 19660 R 56.2 0.4 0:00.09 sw-engine
43840 psaadm 20 0 374128 33860 19540 R 43.8 0.4 0:00.08 sw-engine
After spending a few hours trying to work the issue out, I was hoping someone would be able to shed some light? Our hosting company haven't been too helpful! Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Chris.
