Plesk API or Webservice

Hello All,

I was just wondering if Plesk has some sort of API that would allow me to write a custom interface to post on my site to sign up new hosting users. I know smarter mail has a web service allowing you to cerate eMail accounts remotely., I was just wondering if plesk had a similar feature
