Plesk Auto-Backup issue

Hi,

The Plesk AutoBackup seems to be unable to backup the MSSQL databases attached to the domains.

"Backup error. Unable to create dump file for MS-SQL database XXXXXX on domain xxxxxx"

I have MS SQL Express.

there is a hotfix for 8.3 that has to do with MS SQL databases.... maybe it will fix your problem....

Hi,

I dont have this message : "Failed to restore client 'NAME' : String or binary data would be truncated"

And im on Plesk 8.2

I have found this workaround :

Your information appears to be incorrect. You should rather refer to:

Knowledgebase article 3566 refers to "Failed to restore client 'NAME' : String or binary data would be truncated." not "Unable to create dump file"
