plesk back up error

Hi

when trying to use the scheduled back up tab in plesk i get this error: (no matter what domain)

Unable to fetch BackupTask for domain

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/backup/cron_backup.php:56 psaerror(string "Unable to fetch BackupTask for domain")

Anyone shed any light on this?

There are many steps in using the option. Please specifiy the step in which you receive the error message.
