• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Plesk backup problem with Docker data

Erwan

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

We use Docker OwnCloud on Plesk. All is ok.
We have the volume of the data and the config in the customer account/domain:

/var/www/vhost/owncloud.mydomain.com/docker_owncloud_data/config/
/var/www/vhost/owncloud.mydomain.com/docker_owncloud_data/data/

We have a problem with the Plesk Backup:

Not all the data was backed up into /var/lib/psa/dumps/clients/customer/domains/owncloud.mydomain.com successfully. Total space: 1906415738880; Available space: 1748579319808; Mounted on: /var. For security reasons, backing up is performed on behalf of subscription's system user. This system user has no read access to: /var/www/vhosts/owncloud.mydomain.com/docker_owncloud_data/config/config.php /var/www/vhosts/owncloud.mydomain.com/docker_owncloud_data/data So it was not backed up. All other data was backed up successfully. To fix this issue you may grant access read/write to the file or directory for system user "owncl" or "apache".

Is there a solution? without "bloken" the docker. Thanks
