plesk backup restore problem

Hello

I hope someone can help us with to our problem, we have now try different ways to restore a plesk client

Restore Error (if we use Plesk Interface)

Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update sample.co.uk -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip 195.78.87.200 -ssl true -webstat none -err_docs true -login sample -passwd -shell /bin/false failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
An error occured during domain update: error in hosting updating: Unable to update hosting preferences: system user update is failed: User sample already exists.
Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain_pref.php -d sample.co.uk failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
Unable to set this domain as default: Domain has no a physical hosting

Error if we use Shell Manuell Restore

[root@mail backup_dir]# /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore sample_2007.11.24_17-15-07 -map mapfile -level domains

Stderr is
Unable to set this domain as default: Domain has no a physical hosting

both options create the account preferences, mysql databases & email accounts

but no ftp folders & files and no subdomains

Is there any way to fix it or to extract the folders&files only?.

Note!

We have test it with physical hosting, but it´s also not working.
"User sample already exists."

I have same problem, after restore error says "cant update hosting, user alrready exist" and the restore process just create the domains, whitout the setup (fisical housting,frame forwarding, etc.).

Any clue????
