plesk backup turns sites off

When plesk backup runs the sites stop working on my server is this normal?

you should clear option "Resume services during backup"

sorry, there is not option to prevent turn off site during backup in Plesk 7.5.6 for Windows. there is such option in Plesk 7.6 for Windows.
