Plesk Backup :(

    Hi Guys

    I am getting this error when trying to run a backup on a windows 2003 server with plesk 8.2

    Unable to retrieve plan for SiteBuilder user

    I can tell it to ignore warnings and it completes the backup. However it will not run a scheduled backup due to this reason. I am unable to find which user does not have a plan.

    Any ideas?

    I can suppose, that for some reason Plan was deleted in the sitebuilder datase.

    You can try to do the following:

    1. During Plesk backup, switch off Sitebuilder backup (check off the check box), if you do not use sitebuilder itself
    2. For the SiteBuilder user try to create an existing plan.

    I am having windows 2003 server with sitebuilder 1.2.0 in plesk 7.5.6 . I want to upgrade sitebuilder software to sitebuilder 2.5, do i need any sperate licencse for this. How to upgrade sitebuilder from current version to new version.

    I am having issue with sitebuilder like i am unable to login in sitebuilder as admin, server was restored OS freshly, after restoration i am not able to login with previous login id and password. Can any one help me

    1) what could be default admin id,
    2)how to find out admin id and password
