Plesk can procide Subreseller Creation

Is there any facility to create Subresellers in plesk or can they provides this features in future release

No!

Admin can create user, which can create domains (ala reseller) and which can not create (user). ala-reseller can create a new domain with domain user, but not a new user.

AFAIK in Plesk 8 something will be changed (there will be a normal reseller and normal user with different abilities), but nobody knows how exact.

Here i explain in details
Admin can create User (A-Reseller) and A-Reseller Can Create their User (A1-Reseller) and Domain both and A1-Reseller can create their Domains
Please tell me if this facility available in Any Plesk Version
