PLESK cannot calculate traffic

Dear Support

Plesk: 8.6.0 OS: windows server 2003 enterprise edition

I did create domain in my server and I did gave it 7 MB disk space and 20 MB traffic then I uploaded file with 5 MB size then I did download the file more than 25 times and the server didn't recognize to stop the service in this particular domain .

I did log in on the plesk as administrator to check out the usage resources for this particular domain, I found traffic is 0 MB

That's mean that plesk didn’t recognize the numbers of downloads usage, it seems like unlimited downloads

Please extremely take care of my issue's and dissolved it as soon as possible , so I can use the server normally

Traffic and statistics in general is not calculated in real time - it is done once per day.
