Plesk cannot start why ???

I have this error from plesk control page:

The file index.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

i have changed only PHP version, and disable URCHIN services.

How i can resolve ?
 
help me ?

Anyone can help me ? I dont know how i can re-enable the plesk.
