Plesk+CentOS: Handlers Permanent Fail

Hi,

After an Plesk Panel Update to 11.0.0.9 Update #42 i cant send mails any more. Every Mail bounces and i get this back:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at hotlein.de.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I tried the following Solution:

But this doesnt fix the issue.

Please Help!
