• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk CLI subdomain exe: How to specify php fastcgi

elpatron

New Pleskian
/usr/local/psa/bin/subdomain --create demosubdomain
-domain masterdomain.com
-hard_quota 500m
-ssi true
-php true
-fastcgi true
-perl true
-cgi true
-ftp_user native
-login demosubdomain -passwd_type plain -passwd fttppass -ssl true -same_ssl true

The above command creates the subdomain perfectly except that when I go to the Plesk 9 control panel the PHP is running as an Apache Module. I want the PHP to be Fastcgi.

Any idea's?

when i doubt, use the --help switch and it will show you all the options and what they mean, sometimes with the accepted values as well

/usr/local/psa/bin/subdomain --help
