Issue plesk connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream

Hello,

I keep having issues with my website.

Symptoms:

the user sees 502 nginx error on screen.​

The log shows:

plesk connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream​

Information about my server:

Plesk Obsidian Centos 6​

Version 18.0.24, last updated on Feb 27, 2020 06:06 AM​

PHP 7.3 FPM nGinx​

The problem only occurs on one domain. All other domains do not have this problem.

I did the following actions without results:

• Restarted nginx, httpd and php7.3
• refreshed cache on my browser
• Tried using with and without cloudflare
• Reconfigure web domain
• Websites hosted in Plesk for Linux do not work over HTTPS: 502 Bad Gateway: connect() failed (111: Connection refused) this does not apply here
• Websites are unavailable: 502 Bad Gateway error This does not apply here
• Nginx log files for a domain contain errors: (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream This does not apply here
• Resolved - connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream This does not apply here

I can't seem to find whats going on. Any good suggestions?

The problem only occurs on one domain. All other domains do not have this problem.

Is it a subdomain? In that case make sure that it is spelled in small letters only, no capital letters.

This might help you.

Search for your server IPs in Fail2Ban and move them to 'Trusted' If found

i have the same problem i have a server with the latest version of plesk and centos 7.7 with 40 web domains and 3 ip addresses.
on 1 address we found that it does not work while the other domains correctly I also checked fail2ban and it is correctly configured and I found in the log and I found an ip address of my server fail2ban.actions [3547]: NOTICE [plesk-apache] and then is becoming recidivist can this be the problem?
