Plesk Control Panel 11.09 Issue

Dear All,

Information:
OS: CentOS release 5.8
Plesk Panel: 11.0.9

We are experiencing issues with plesk control panel 11.09. Received following error message whenever we tried to login to server:
ERROR: PleskFatalException

I also updated plesk panel from command line but it doesnt help.

Please guide me how to resolve this issue.

Have you tried bootstrapper repair procedure?

Thanks, for quick reply.

I have tried bootstrapper.sh repair and it gives me following error:
mkdir: cannot create directory `/var/lib/psa': No such file or directory
touch: cannot touch `/var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.11.0.9-11.0.9.20121217-172127.dump.gz': No such file or directory

Then i looked for psa directory what i come to know directory is present with no permission and no data please check
CT-125-bash-3.2# cd /var/lib
CT-125-bash-3.2# ls -lab
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? psa

Please suggest.

Is it Virtuozzo VPS? Looks like that filesystem on this VPS is corrupted. It should be fixed from Virtuozzo side in that case.

Hi,

Yes its a Virtuozzo VPS. And i have root access of virtuozzo node but i am not aware of of to fix the filesystem.

Can you please guide me or redirect me to some documentation ?
