Plesk control panel Problem

I have a big problem with Plesk control panel:
wher I put the address https://mysite.com:8443 the browser stay for a lot (5 - 10 minutes) to load page, then return error server not found.

I just tried
apache -k uninstall
apache -k install
that seam to work, after uninstall the service are deleted and then there is again, I can start the service ... but the same I recide the same error.

Obviusly I restarted the server

Any other ideas?
