Plesk Control Panel Problem

I have had an off and on again problem with one Plesk installation running inside Virtuozzo 4. It was working fine and then today, if I login to the control panel remotely, I am only shown the Virtuozzo portions integrated into Plesk. Can't get to the desktop or annything. If I RDP into the server and lauch Plesk from there everything shows fine.

I ran the Plesk Reconfigrator and it found no problems.

This is not the first time this has happened. On other occassions I have had to destroy the container and start all over again. It only happens on container 101.

This last time, I cloned the container from another one, set all the proper addresses and it ran fine for about two weeks.

Any ideas?

Thanks before hand.

I also seem to have this problem, although there is a little more to it than that for me. The problem starts by not connecting to the login page for plesk on port 8443, although if I connect to virtuozzo on port 4643 and restart vps I can then connect through port 8443, although the problem I am left with is as SteveDude seems to have. I have an additional problem in that my corporate firewall blocks RDP access, so local access to plesk is not an option. Unfortunately my service proivder takes a coulpe of days to correct the issue and then a week later the problem is back...

Can anyone help or have any ideas?

Many thanks

It looks like my problem was releated to a file being locked for some reason. It was in an FTP folder of one of my domains.

I followed these instructions... http://kb.odin.com/en/1008 and so far after that I have not had any problems...knock on wood. It was a really huge file, 2.5 GB and was a MAC dmg file. I had tried deleting it and it wouldn't delete.
