Plesk CP is loading very slow

If i start the plesk login page it loads very slow. This is local on remote desktop and also when accessed throug the internet.

It takes moren than 25 seconds to get the first page. The login page shows after 9 seconds.

Anyone a sugestion ? Could it be the ini file that is not correct ?
System has 2Gb memory
