Plesk crashed - common_func.php3

Hello,

I'm a french user of Plesk (excuse my english please). I use Plesk on a Fedora Core 4 server (i know that's it's not the last version but my hoster provides this version)

For few days, when I try to access to my Plesk login page, I got:

The file common_func.php3 is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.

I can't loggin into Plesk. I tried to restart Plesk service, nothing the problem persists.

How can I solve this problem?
Need to reinstall Plesk? If yes, how to reinstall Plesk without lose my data?

Maybe someone can send me his file common_func.php3 in order to replace the mine
This file is located in the folder /usr/local/psa/admin/plib
