Issue Plesk Dashboard redirects to login page after successful login

My plesk dashboard panel redirects to login page again and again even after successful login.
It just shows a flash of panel and right after, it redirects to login page with this link /login_up.php?success_redirect_url=%2Fsmb%2Fweb%2Fview.

Could a browser plugin/extension or AV software maybe blocking access? Have you tried a different browser and a different device (your smartphone for example)?

I have the same issue. This seems happen only with Firefox, not with Edge.
If I open a Windows Sandbox and install Firefox the issue is not present.

Strange issue.
It happens if I login normally of with Plesk login one time link.
It never happen only on Plesk Dashboard.

I tried to reset Firefox loosing all my settings, extension, ecc but issue persist.
Disavbled the Anrus but issue persist.
Cleared all cookie but issue persist.

I was able to reproduce also on Windows Sandbox with a new Firefox install.

I can replicate this by using Firefox and login to the Web Host edition demo here: Try Plesk Now

The issue may be caused by the Avast Antivirus.

This is done in Windows Sandbox, on my PC where I use Firefox is almost impossible to login to Plesk from Firefox.
I check now if I still have access to Plesk Ticket and will report this.

A possible help can be

• Log in to Plesk
• Go to Tools & Settings > Session Idle Time
• Select the Allow IP address changes checkbox
• Click the OK button
