Resolved Plesk dashboard taken to the old Plesk Web Admin instance

While using AWS Lightsail for launching Plesk Web Admin instance, I have deleted an existing Plesk instance and allocated the same static IP address to a new instance. While trying to create password, the page does not opens.

Also it will help to know what is the difference between two URLs that are provided after typing
sudo plesk login

The above issue is resolved after opening 20-22 and 49152-65535 ports and rebooting AWS instance. The heading of the above post is not correct but I am unable to find the edit button.
