Hello,

Can any one help, how to manage psa database,
- where psa database get stored
- how to backup it
- restore it
- modify its values
- what data is being stored under it and what are there description

Sorry for asking, but have you tried to use search engine for KB articles? There are many useful related information.
 
Login to psa database:

"C:\%plesk_dir%\mysql\bin\mysql" -uadmin -p<password> -P8306 psa

Backup and restore - usual method for MySQL - read corresponding MySQL docs
Modify values - read SQL documentation.
A bit outdated schema of psa database - http://kb.parallels.com/113063
 
you can try and use mysql administrator and connect psa db. Use admin details and use port as 8306
