Question Plesk database remote access

How to configure plesk database remote access settings? can anyone tell me step by step guide because i'm noob to this field

Just go to
Tools & Settings > Database Servers > Database Hosting Settings and choose Allow remote connections (you can allow all hosts or specify your IP) and apply changes
You may also need to change mysql server settings, you'll find instructions near option
