plesk db died ?

this is my domain and my plesk login pannel:

at least it used to be.
after a client of mine made some backups plesk stopped working.
my hosting company asked me to contact parallels since this could be some problem with database privileges or could get fixed with a simple command but i submitted a ticket and i'm waiting for help for about 2 days now and we have a lot of websites down.
is there any simple and fast way to fix this and get plesk working again ?

problem fixed. it was a wrong permission problem under "/etc/psa/.psa.shadow"
