Plesk Default Page Problem

Hi,

I'm just setting up a plesk server. I finished domain.net and it is resolving and displaying normally, but when I add domain.com with the same IP, it is always the Plesk Default Page is being displayed.

I already checked the apache config and all the includes, removed the default index.html in the vhost/domain/httpdocs directory, the DNS entries are correct, I even checked it on DNS Report. I also searched this forums and found several of them have the same problem and tried one of the solutions, but to no avail..

I also preview the domain and it is displaying perfectly, then I also changed the default domain of the IP, and try checking via ip : http://xx.xx.xx.xx/ and it is also displaying properly... the only problem is via domain.com or www.domain.com

What do you think is the problem?

Thanks in advance.

For starters, more than likely you are getting a brand new vhost directory made for the .com domain and the skeleton files are being used within that directoy structure.

Second, if the problem you are having is that it is not showing your version of the default index page then you can fix it by replacing index.html within the vhost_skeleton.tar and default_skeleton.tar files within the psa directory and change the index.html file located within the vhost default and .skel/0/ directories.

That's the best help I can offer you.
