• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk disabling Mail Domains

Hello,

I have a recurring problem with mail domains becoming disabled with a ".d" following the domain name.

It's been going on for years. The mail domain might be up for weeks then all of a sudden it wont work and I have to manually go in enable it and remove the ".d" to get it working again. The odd thing is that it only happens with a couple of domains. Not all of them.

Why is it becoming diabled? How can I stop it?

I disabled awstat for the domain and that didn't help.

I have been to the Mail Enable forum and they sent me here.

Could you please describe with more details what do you mean ".d"? Where and how you have removed it? Is there any suspicious in logs?
