Plesk display issues after upgrade to 12

I have upgraded the plesk to 12.08 and now the domains, subscriptions and all other links on the left panel of the Plesk is empty. The domains are still accessible though. Below is the screen shot of a domains hosting,

I have tried running the bootstrapper of 12
Restored the psa database from other recent databases like mysql.preupgrade.12.0.18
tried running the autoinstaller
checked for the plesk version in the back end, front end and on the database too, but the issue still persists.

Any help will be really appreciable.
