Plesk doesnt update Ftp Stats

when i enable debug from registry i see this entry in the end of running statistics.exe as
"statistics.exe --ftp-traffic --process-domains=domain.com --verbose" manually

Unable to create directory with wrong name
at (VDirectory::createDirectory line 32)
at Unable to cleanup unused data(statistics::start line 1337)

and statstics.exe display this.
Save FTP logs 2: '' HTTP logs 2: '' mail logs 2: ''
