Resolved Plesk doesn't work anymore

Hello,

I have a "big" issue with Plesk (12.X, Windows Serer 2012).

To be short :
- The sql quota limit has been reached and my domain suspended by Plesk.
- I fixed the issue and activated the domain, and had to configure again all my mailboxes.
- One mailbox was not working, since it was a support mailbox I chose to delete it and create it again.
- I've deleted the mailbox using mailenable (right click -> Delete)
- I went in Plesk and found that my mailbox was still there and tried to delete it from plesk.
- I was not able to log into plesk anymore, I had the following error :
HTTP Error 500.19 - IIS 7.5 Error 0x8007000d, a xml file was corrupted.
- I searched online and found it could be related to my antivirus software using the file, I thought I should disable my backup software (owncloud), the software is auto updating itself to a newer version while my server runs an old version and the software isn't really happy and doesn't work now.
- I thought it could be good to restart the server.



and now nothing works, when I click on my plesk shortcut (https://localhost:8443/) I have an error "This page can't be displayed", as if Plesk was not running.

I'm not an expert as you can see, I didn't find any solution using google.

If you have Plesk 12.5 version, try to fix it with repair utility - https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/12.5/a...sk-administration/plesk-repair-utility.74649/

Just try to repair installation with

plesk repair installation

I think I have plesk 12.0 ...

I've discovered WAS wasn't able to start, I deleted the file bindingInfo in C:\Inetpub\temp\appPools and WAS is now running.

However I'm not able to start PleskControlPanel, I have the following error :
Filename: \\?\C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config

Error: Cannot write configuration file due to insufficient permissions

Same error when I use Plesk reconfigurator. IIS_IUSRS has "Full control" on this file though.

And PleskControlPanel is now started, byt when I check localhost:8443 I have the following error : HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable

I've checked this article : https://kb.plesk.com/en/6735 and gave psaadm the right to modify Programs Files\IIS (and not Programs Files (x86)\IIS), but still the same error.

In the Event Viewer I have a warning : The identity of application pool PleskControlPanel is invalid. The user name or password that is specified for the identity may be incorrect, ...

Then an error : Application pool PleskControlPanel has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) encountered a failure when it started a worker process to serve the application pool.

Now I can access the admin. I'm updating plesk to 12.5 hoping everything will be fine
