Plesk don't sends the Expiration notification

AliZ

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

My panel don't sends the Expiration notification not to the customers nor to the Administrator,
I checked, the setting in the "Set Up Sending of E-mail Notices on System Events" are correct, also the Paralles Notification and Heath monitor are active,

what I have to do?

Thanks

Any one can help on this?
its about a month that I received no email about the expiration and expired services are still active.

I really need some help on this.

Make sure that windows scheduler task service is up and running at least. Also check logs, event viewer, etc. Maybe you will find any related error messages or other useful information. Phrase "It doesn't work!" is really not enough.

Thank you IgorG for your replay,

I checked the event viewer, there was not an error related to the taskes,

in the scheduled tasks, there are about 15 tasks scheduled and it seems they work fine,
What task checks the expiration date of the accounts?
can you please give me its comment?

Thanks

Can any one gives me the Command for scheduled task for sending notification emails?

Thanks
