Resolved Plesk Email Security - installation issues

Hi,

tried to change from MagicSpam (no longer supported and outdated) to Plesk Email Security.
After installation the server stopped delivery of mails because of an amavis error at every mail (unexpected end of file).

System is ubuntu 16.04, Plesk onyx 17.8.11.

Plesk Email Security comes with clamav AFAIK, I have an active "Premium Antivirus" running, may this cause an error?

And after stopping delivery the server didn't restart queue working for deferred mails, new worked after deinstallation of PES, Plesk support solved delivery today.

Any suggestions?

The problem is solved with Plesk support - there is a value to set in
/etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user:
@inet_acl = qw( 127.0.0.1 ip.of.the.server);

After this mail is working properly.
