Resolved Plesk Email Security - Reset spam policy doesn't work

oskar.szafraniec

New Pleskian
I just noticed that changing spam score level doesn't reflect what's I'm receiving in emails. We have setup spam level in PES at medium (3), but still I see spam because:

X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.4.2 (2018-09-13) on xyz.com
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=3.4 required=6.0 tests=BAYES_00,HTML_MESSAGE,

It's an old "per-user" setting I had before PES. OK, I've hit a "Reset spam policy" button and quickly it said that everything is OK... but I still receive spam with scores above 3 and headers like above with "required=6.0".

Any advice how to reset spam level for all users? Or how to debug why it's not resetting correctly?
