  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk fails to reslove in browser after PHP 5.3 upgrade

Hi,

Those instructions aren't Plesk friendly, if you do a yum remove of PHP packages then as Plesk is a dependency of PHP it'll also remove most if not all of Plesk. Check your /var/log/yum.log , if psa- packages have been removed then you've removed Plesk from your system and you're probably going to need a system restore to get everything back (I don't know how well reinstalling the packages will work, not well I think).

Paul.

Thanks for your help Paul. I ended up having to roll the server back to before the upgrade.

Again thanks for your help Paul.
